• "Can You Build On Your Lot?" tool: the address you enter is sent to third-party mapping and public-records services (OpenStreetMap / Nominatim for geocoding and mapping, and public county GIS/ArcGIS parcel services) to return your location, map, and lot information. We do not store the address unless you submit it through a form.
• Usage data: like most websites, we may use analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and cookies to understand traffic and improve the site. This may include your approximate location, device, browser, and pages viewed.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, provide feasibility information, and prepare an estimate or consultation.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website and our services.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the site (the mapping/parcel services above, our email/form handler, and analytics providers) and where required by law. Addresses entered into the lot tool are transmitted to the mapping and public-records services described above.
